What you are agreeing to

When you tick the box and upload a video, you give Moments By Many and the couple getting married permission to use your clips. That covers editing them into the couple’s wedding film and reel, and using them in Moments By Many’s own marketing, including on our website and social media channels.

You also agree that you may appear in those films and in that marketing.

You keep ownership of your clips. This is permission to use them, not a transfer of ownership. The permission has no time limit and no fee is payable either way.

What you are confirming

That you filmed the clips you are uploading, or that you have permission from whoever did.

How long we keep it

We keep the footage for 12 months after the wedding so we can make the film and hand the couple their archive.

Changing your mind

Email hello@momentsbymany.ie and we will remove your clips from our marketing. We cannot always remove them from a film already delivered to the couple, and we cannot recall anything already published and shared onward.
