What we collect

If you upload video: your name if you give it, the date and time you agreed to our terms, and the video files themselves. Our upload partner Dropbox also asks for your name and email so the couple knows who filmed what.

If you join our mailing list: your email address, and your name if you give it.

Why

To make the couple’s wedding film, to keep a record that you agreed to our terms, and to market Moments By Many. Video from a wedding will include other people who did not upload anything. If you are in a film and would rather not be, tell us and we will take it out of anything we publish.

Where it is stored

Consent records are stored in the European Union, in Ireland. Video is stored with Dropbox and on encrypted local storage.

How long

Footage is kept for 12 months after the wedding. Consent records are kept for as long as we hold or use the footage.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@momentsbymany.ie and we will deal with it within one month. You can also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
